Parts are charged on top and always quoted before we fit them. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you what it is, what it costs and when we can come back, and you decide before anything is bought.

call-out charge per visit
Labour is included for most repairs. More extensive or complex jobs may require additional labour, which we always quote and agree with you before starting. Parts are charged separately and always quoted before we fit them.
We are not registered for VAT. The price we quote is the price you pay.
The £80 is payable whether or not the appliance turns out to be worth repairing — it covers the engineer’s time and the diagnosis.

- An engineer attending your home inside a two-hour arrival window
- A proper diagnosis — testing, not guessing
- Labour on most standard repairs
- A straight recommendation if the machine is not worth repairing
- An itemised invoice and the guarantee dates for anything we replace
What it does not cover
- Parts, which are always quoted and agreed before we fit them
- Additional labour on unusually extensive or complex jobs, always quoted and agreed before we start
- A second visit if a part has to be ordered in

Labour is included in the £80 for most repairs. More extensive or complex jobs may require additional labour, which we always quote and agree with you before starting. We do not raise an extra charge without a stored, agreed approval from you first.
Payment and paperwork
Cash, Card, Bank transfer on the day. We are not registered for VAT. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Changing your mind
Change or cancel free of charge up to 6pm the day before your appointment. After that, and if we arrive and cannot get in, the £80 is payable because the slot and the travel time have been used. The full terms spell this out.
3-month guarantee on the part we replace. Any part we replace is guaranteed for 3 months from the date it is fitted. This covers the replaced part only — it is not a warranty on the whole appliance.
We carry £2 million public liability insurance.
