Check where your repair has got to, change the arrival window or cancel it. You need the reference from your confirmation and the postcode we are coming to.

Change or cancel free of charge up to 6pm the day before your appointment. To change a visit less than 24 hours before the arrival window, please call us rather than using this page — we can re-plan the round properly over the phone.
