Taking that back panel off and looking is the only honest way to tell which of the three it is.
Then there is water turning up where it should not. A puddle in the salad drawer is nearly always the small drain hole at the back of the fridge blocked with debris, leaving the condensate nowhere to go. Tired door seals that no longer pull up against the cabinet let warm air in all day, and the machine answers that by running longer and frosting harder, which brings you back round to the first problem. Both are cheap to put right and both get left far too long.
