Then tell us what the appliance actually does. A fan turning with no heat behind it points one way. A thermostat drifting so that everything browns hard on one side points somewhere else entirely. Dropped hinges and a perished door seal both show up as slow cooking and heat escaping across the front rather than as door faults, so mention it if the door sits proud of the frame or the seal has gone hard and shiny in the corners.
